Staff is great, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. The quality of their donuts is as to be expected, wonderful and fresh.

Only three stars because of the disappointment I felt after paying for a medium latte and getting something smaller than the smallest size offered literally anywhere else! I even asked, "this is a medium?" And the employee laughingly responded, "yeah, looks like a small, doesn't it?"Yeah. Smaller than small. Ridiculous. Save your money and buy coffee elsewhere.

I waited at the display case while one employee was leaving. There were at least three more boys there. They were not making donuts. There were no other customers in the store and they stood in the back talking to each other. One of them looked at me a few times while I was standing there waiting and watching them. He only acknowledged that I was there after I turned around and started walking out the door. I probably will not be back.

Is the HOT FRESH sign broken at this location?? It’s not been on the last couple times I’ve been here? So u have to ask?? Worst service I ever got here at the drive through was this morning. Lady doesn’t listen, took her forever to get my order together. Maybe she should start writing orders down because she’s just running around and making double work for herself. The line of traffic at the drive thru is wrapped around the building.

I'm very disappointed in Krispy Kreme on woodruff road you are a doughnut shop you are suppose to have back stock on items and you are suppose to have your ice cream machine working or fixed or something but I will never go back to that Krispy Kreme period I feel sorry for their business bc customers are not going to be happy and they will lose business #sorrynotsorry
