The Power of Mindset: How I Created More Time for MeAs a dental clinician and practice owner for 14 years, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance the demands of our profession with the needs of our families. By prioritising my own well-being, I created space to be more present with my children and to connect with them on a deeper level.This change didn’t happen overnight. It required setting clear boundaries, re-evaluating my business practices, and being kind to myself throughout the process.
